Founder and self-trained baker, Beth Wegner, started b. sweet as a blog in 2014. Sharing dessert recipes and inspiration on her blog lead to designing a baking studio in Wilmington, NC where she enjoys creating desserts inspired by the flavors of southern traditions and her family history.

In the baking studio, she crafts desserts with balanced flavors and beautiful composition using only the highest quality ingredients like real Madagascar vanilla bean, high-quality Belgian couverture chocolates, and the freshest seasonal produce.
